💡 Pro Tips
Use high-resolution source images
Start with at least 2160px wide for 2 slides, 3240px for 3 slides, and so on. Higher resolution prevents pixelation when split into multiple carousel frames.
Keep focal points away from split edges
Faces, text, or key subjects positioned at slide boundaries get awkwardly cut off. Center important elements or position them fully within individual slides.
Test 2-3 slides first for maximum engagement
Instagram analytics show 2-3 slide carousels have the highest completion rates. Users are more likely to swipe through the entire panorama when it's concise.
Upload slides in exact numerical order
Instagram doesn't auto-sort files. Double-check you're uploading Slide_1, then Slide_2, then Slide_3, etc. One mistake ruins the entire panoramic reveal.
Don't edit individual slides separately
Applying different filters, brightness, or saturation to each slide breaks visual continuity. Edit the full image before splitting to maintain seamless flow.
Use carousels for storytelling sequences
