What PostPlanify does
Scheduling and publishing
PostPlanify schedules and auto-publishes posts, reels, stories, carousels, threads and Shorts to all 10 supported networks through each platform's official API, with the formats available depending on the network. Teams queue a month of client content in advance instead of posting manually from each app, and bulk scheduling handles up to 20 posts at once.
Content calendar
Every client workspace gets its own drag-and-drop social media content calendar with all connected channels on it, plus a shared team view and a posting queue. You see a month of a single client at a glance and reschedule by dragging, without rebuilding the post.
Client approvals
Single-step and multi-step approval workflows let clients and internal reviewers comment on and approve scheduled posts before anything publishes, with team comments and @mentions on the post itself. Approved posts go out at their scheduled time, rejected ones never do, and approvers are never billed as seats.
Analytics and client reports
Social media analytics covering reach, engagement and follower growth on every connected platform, with exportable history, period comparisons and advanced breakdowns on Premium. White-label PDF reports carry your agency logo, accent colour and footer, so a monthly client report is a download rather than a morning of screenshots.
Social inbox
One social inbox collects comments from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky, direct messages from Instagram and Facebook, and Google reviews, with labels, team assignment and AI-drafted replies. Community managers answer everything from one queue instead of rotating through native apps per client.
AI assistant
A vision-powered AI social media assistant reads the images and video you upload before writing, so captions describe the actual content rather than a prompt. It generates captions in six tones with seven refinement tools, creates AI images inside the composer, and learns each client's brand voice from your own guidelines on Premium.
White label
On Scale, the dashboard, client emails and reports all carry your agency branding with no "Powered by" anywhere, so clients log in to your product. Pair it with per-client workspaces and clients never see a tool name that is not yours.
Media library
A shared media library stores and reuses brand assets per client workspace, with Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox and Unsplash imports available straight from the composer. Nobody hunts for the right logo or product shot halfway through writing a post.
Link in bio
Every client workspace gets a hosted link in bio page with eight themes and click analytics, styled to match the brand rather than ours. One page collects every link a client needs, and they can update it without a developer or a second subscription.
MCP server and API
An MCP server lets an AI assistant run PostPlanify directly, so you can ask it to draft a post, queue it for a client and read the analytics back without opening the dashboard.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, see the MCP overview and setup docs, or build against the REST API with the API documentation.
The team behind PostPlanify

Hasan Cagli founded PostPlanify in 2025. He was working a full-time job at the time and needed a social media management tool for a different project of his own. Comparing what was on the market, he came away thinking there should be a better option than what he was being asked to pay for, so he built one. The first version took about two months, launched in May 2025, and had its first paying customer a month later.
It started as a social media scheduling tool. Customer feedback moved it toward everything around the scheduling: approvals, client reporting, replying to comments, and keeping one client's accounts separate from another's. It grew into a full social media management platform for agencies from there, and the agency workflow still decides what gets built next.
PostPlanify is founder-led and bootstrapped, run by Tumunuham LLC in Delaware, United States, and serves customers in 30+ countries. Hasan still builds the product, support emails are answered by the person who built it, and everything that ships is listed on the changelog.
What makes PostPlanify different
Priced per client, never per seat
Team members are unlimited on every plan. A six-person team on Premium pays $99/mo; the same team is $594/mo on Hootsuite and $1,194/mo on Sprout Social, because both bill per person.
A simple and modern interface
Built in 2025 around one calendar and one composer, so a new hire is productive the same day. The tools it replaces carry a decade of bolt-ons: Loomly reviewers call the editor clunky, SocialPilot users call the dashboard cluttered.
Built for agencies serving local businesses
Every decision starts from a real agency workflow: a workspace per client so nothing mixes, Google Business Profile alongside the usual networks because local clients live there, and client sign-off before anything publishes. The roadmap follows what agencies ask for, not what rounds out a feature grid.
A REST API and an MCP server
Publish from your own tools, or hand scheduling to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot. Most mid-market tools reserve API access for enterprise plans.
