Does Google have an official Google Business Profile MCP server?

No. Google's list of official MCP servers covers Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Maps, but not Business Profile. PostPlanify connects through Google's official Business Profile API.

Can Claude or ChatGPT reply to my Google reviews?

Yes. Your AI lists new reviews with their star rating, drafts replies and posts them after you confirm. Replies can be up to 4,096 characters, and a new reply replaces the old one.

Do I need Google Business Profile API access or a Google Cloud project?

No. Doing it yourself means applying for API access, which requires a profile verified for 60+ days and approval from Google. PostPlanify already has access, so you sign in with Google and pick your locations.

What Google Business posts can my AI create?

Updates, events and offers, each with one photo and a button (Book, Order, Shop, Learn more, Sign up or Call). Offers can include a coupon code, redeem link and terms. Alert posts and video are not supported.

Does it work across multiple locations?

Yes. Each location connects as its own account, so your AI can post to several locations or check reviews across all of them in one conversation.

Google can already schedule posts. Why use an MCP?

Google's scheduler works location by location inside its dashboard. With the MCP you handle posts, reviews and performance for every location, alongside your other 9 platforms, from one chat.

Can my AI read Google Business Profile performance?

Yes: 30-day impressions on Search and Maps, website clicks, calls, direction requests, bookings, top search keywords and average rating. Google does not provide per-post metrics.

Can it edit my business hours or profile info?

No. It publishes posts and replies to reviews. Profile details like hours are edited in Google Business Profile.

Is the Google Business Profile MCP server free?
