What do you like best about PostPlanify?

We manage 8 social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Before PostPlanify we had two people on Buffer, someone else posting natively, and a Notion doc for approvals — a total mess. PostPlanify replaced all of it. Approvals happen inside the tool so we’re not chasing people on Slack, and comments on drafts stay attached to the post so context doesn’t get lost. The social inbox pulls DMs and comments from every platform into one place, which saves me about an hour a day. Calendar view is clean, custom cover images for videos actually work, and analytics are enough for our monthly client reports without exporting anything. Posts go out on time every time.

What problems is PostPlanify solving and how is that benefiting you?

The big one is team collaboration. Managing 8 accounts used to mean constant “did this go out yet?” messages. Now everything lives in one calendar and I can see at a glance what’s scheduled, pending approval, or already published. New team members get up to speed in a day instead of a week. Saves time, fewer mistakes, and our clients see more consistent posting across all their channels.

The integration with Claude Code has been seamless, and it’s been a real game changer for us.

Pulling ongoing performance insights via Claude Code and iterating quickly on them, then pushing updated content calendars based on those insights.

I use PostPlanify a lot, particularly its API integration, which I find really valuable as it connects well with my internal tools and personal accounts. It’s easy to integrate into my apps, which makes my workflow much faster and smoother, especially when scheduling posts. The analytics feature is another aspect that I appreciate for its effectiveness. I also love how responsive it is, even on my iPhone. The initial setup was super easy, which was a big plus for me.
