Zapier integration for PostPlanify

Connect PostPlanify to Zapier and automate your social media with the apps you already use. Schedule a post when a new blog article goes live, send new comments and reviews to Slack, or log published posts in a Google Sheet.

Getting started

You'll need a PostPlanify subscription and a Zapier account. Zapier connects with a PostPlanify API key.

1. 1.In PostPlanify, open AI Assistants & API and click Create API Key.
2. 2.Open PostPlanify on Zapier and create a Zap.
3. 3.Pick a PostPlanify trigger or action, then paste your API key when Zapier asks you to connect.
4. 4.Choose the workspace and social account, and map the fields from your other app.
5. 5.Test the Zap and turn it on.

What you can do

• Triggers

  Start a Zap when a post is scheduled, when a post is published, or when someone comments or leaves a Google Business review.

• Create & manage posts

  Create, update, cancel or delete posts, with images or videos.

• Upload media

  Upload images, videos and PDFs and attach them to posts.

• Reply to comments

  Reply to comments and Google Business reviews from your connected account.

• Pull analytics

  Get workspace analytics, account analytics and daily trends for reports or spreadsheets.

• Find posts & accounts

  Look up posts, workspaces, social accounts and comment replies to use in later steps.
